DOG AGILITY TRAINING

How we train at PICSI

There are no formal classes at PICSI. You choose the training level which best suits you and your dog on the day and work with other PICSI members to tackle your training challenges.

STARTERS

If you are new to agility we have an introduction to dog agility training that show you the training methods you use to teach basic agility skills to your dog with minimal equipment.

#02

BEGINNERS

Once you have mastered individual obstacles the beginners courses help you practice handling sequences through simple setups of tunnels and jumps.

#03

ADVANCED TRAINING

Advanced training includes A-frame, dog walk or seesaw contact equipment in more complex course set ups

#04

AGILITY COMPETITIONS

PICSI holds two agility competitions each year. Even if your dog is not yet ready for competition volunteering at a PICSI competition will introduce you to the wider agility community.

PICSI was our introduction to agility. It was a welcoming and friendly environment for myself and Disco to learn, and advance our skills and, of course, have fun.
